After growing up in central Indiana and graduating from Purdue University I owned and managed a successful general contracting company for over 25 years. Following that I operated a full service home inspection business for 7 years. I obtained my real estate license many years ago but have now been a full time realtor for the past 8 years.
My clients benefit from my knowledge of building construction and home inspection experience. This knowledge is particularly beneficial in reviewing the home inspectors report and negotiating those listed items. I also have earned state license credentials in real estate appraisal which enhances my skills valuing properties.
